The Source ex-Orange Wine Barrel Aged Gin

The Source barrel aged gin, matured in an ex-Orange Wine cask, from Valli Wine.  Just 366 numbered bottles. Over twn months aging, this gin has been shaped slowly in cask into a distinct, aromatic expression.

Colour: Apricot blush
Aroma: Baked nectarine, thyme, tangerine
Palate: Apricot skins, vanilla, florals forever

Pour over ice and top with Indian tonic. Finish with a slice of lemon, a green olive and a fresh bay leaf. The citrus brightens, the olive adds a savoury note and the bay leaf enhances the herbal and floral character to this Orange Wine Barrel Aged Gin.
