A single cask Chardonnay barrel aged gin from Central Otago. Just 371 bottles.

Drawn from one barrel that previously held Maude Otago Chardonnay, this gin has been shaped slowly in cask into a distinct, aromatic expression. 

Colour: Fine Citrine

Aroma: Gooseberry, lemon zest and chamomile

Palate: Reminiscent of a freshly cracked Bianco vermouth. Wormwood, weighted citrus peel; a herbal/floral dance off elongates the finish.
