This decadent limited release Barrel-Aged Cherry Liqueur has been matured for 5 months in ex-Pinot noir barrels to give a rich, rounded spirit. Exquisite sipped neat, or mixed into a crafted cocktail.
Luscious cherry complemented by vanilla and coconut. Sweet at the front, the oak adds depth to the mid palate and finish, with notes of currant and milk chocolate.
Feels like a 1920s Gatsby party, filled with Singapore Slings and prohibition cocktails, held in the most beautiful valley in the world.
Not what I was expecting it to be like, but was very presently surprised.
