Pedro Ximénez Cask Cardrona Day Special Release

This Cardrona Day special release was matured in an ex-Pedro Ximénez butt and hand-selected by Master Distiller Sarah Elsom in honour of our 11th birthday.

Notes of ginger, fresh figs, nutmeg and fennel shape a rich impression of spiced rum and raisin ice cream, layered with herbal undertones. Hand bottled at 53% ABV. 

All natural colour. All natural flavour. Non-chill filtered.
