Ingredients

45ml Rose Rabbit Orange Liqueur

30ml pineapple juice

30ml cranberry juice

5ml passionfruit syrup

Half a small passionfruit, or a single rose, to garnish

Method

Into a Boston shaker add liqueur, pineapple jice, cranberry juice and passionfruit pulp. Shake vigorously.

Double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel & passionfruit or rose.
