Ingredients
30ml Cardrona Growing Wings Whisky
A dash of Angostura bitters
Premium ginger beer
Fresh ginger and a wedge of lime, to garnish
Method
In a highball glass, add whisky, ice and a dash of bitters.
Top with ginger beer and garnish with a slice of fresh ginger & wedge of fresh lime.
