You will be hosted by a senior member of our cellar door team, who will lead you through an immersive 3+ hour journey where you will explore whisky warehousing and maturation and discover the impact temperature, foods and texture have on the whisky drinking experience with an in-depth nosing & tasting experience.

During your visit you will have the special privilege of tasting spirit directly from cask, then selecting and personally hand-filling your own exclusive single cask bottle of The Cardrona Single Malt Whisky (worth $210).

Indulge in the ultimate Cardrona Distillery experience, personally guided by Master Distiller Sarah Elsom — the only tour where you can book time with Sarah herself. This experience is uniquely tailored to your interests, as Sarah guides you on a journey through our history and craft — including the rare opportunity to taste directly from the barrel and hand-fill your very own special bottle to take home. A bespoke tasting follows, including pours from our private archive of sold-out and special bottlings unavailable on any other tour. The day includes a special Trust the Chef lunch — our multi-course menu of sharing plates from locally sourced ingredients — with perfectly paired drinks. For those looking to make the day truly unforgettable, an optional helicopter add-on can be arranged: land on a nearby mountain top or glacier for a special dram or signature Reid Martini (subject to availability and weather permitting).
