Cardrona Distillery are delighted to launch an exciting new food offering, crafted and curated by chef Kim Kuruvilla who has joined following an exciting and varied career at award winning, creative restaurants across New Zealand, Australia and culinary journeys throughout Asia for Research & Development.

Kim’s experience across a breadth of cuisines with a focus on contemporary, native and seasonal produce, influenced by French, Indian and Asian flavours results in a beautifully creative offering of small plates, which are perfect for sharing or indulging alone.
