Ingredients
45ml Cardrona Growing Wings Whisky
15ml Rose Rabbit Orange Liqueur
15ml water
a dash of angostura bitters
orange peel, to garnish
Method
Into a rocks glass with a large chunk of ice, add the whisky & water. Then add liqueur and a dash off bitters. Stir to combine.
Squeeze a large piece of orange peel over the drink, rub the peel down the glass then place it inside as a garnish.
