Ingredients
35ml Just Hatched Solera Cask
20ml Manuka Honey Syrup*
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20ml Egg White (optional)
20ml Central Otago Pinot Noir
Method
Dry Shake all ingredients in your shaker before adding ice and shaking a second time and strain into a short glass filled with cubed ice. Float the Pinot Noir on top
*Add 2 parts honey to 1 part water and incorporate on a low heat (do not boil). Cool and store
