Ingredients
30ml The Source Pure Cardrona Gin
20ml Kiwi Fruit & Cardamom Syrup*
10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Top with Prosecco
Method
Shake the first three ingredients in a shaker with cubed ice before straining into a flute glass and top with prosecco
Garnish with a lemon twist
*Add the flesh of 2 kiwis and 5 grams of cardamom pods to a blender with 200 grams of sugar and 200 grams of water. Blend and strain. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
