30ml The Source Pure Cardrona Gin
20ml *Kiwi Fruit & Cardamom Syrup
10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
*Add the flesh of 2 kiwis and 5 grams of cardamom pods to a blender with 200 grams of sugar and 200 grams of water. Blend and strain. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake hard. Strain into a flute and top with prosecco.
