Top with Bundaberg ginger bee


In a Boston glass, muddle lime with sugar and thinly sliced and julienned ginger (reserve some ginger for the garnish). Add vodka, shake vigorously then dump the contents into a large glass.

Top with ginger beer and garnish with clapped mint and remaining slices of ginger.
