60ml the reid single malt vodka
a heaped teaspoon of brown sugar
half a lime
clapped thyme, to garnish
In a Boston glass, place a teaspoon of sugar and half a lime cut in four pieces. Muddle the sugar and lime until the sugar has dissolved. Add the reid vodka and then fill with ice and shake vigorously. Dump the mixture into a rocks glass and serve garnished with thyme.
